Order a burrito bowl or salad from Chipotle! So addicting! Been eating there everyday in the past few weeks and haven't gotten sick of it yet.

My mom has turned me on to tofu scramble with egg whites. She puts spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms in hers and I must say it is amazing. Totally skinny bitch food. Also, we eat ours with kimchi 'cuz we Korean too!

I sautée shredded cabbage, chicken sausage (both from trader joes), peppers and onions. It's yummy using coconut oil too!

I like that burrito bowl from chipotle too. But if I have learned anything from lina's blog about her eating habits, that's probably a splurge for her not a regular/daily meal. In all honesty, do you feel like it truly is a good thing to contribute to being skinny? Lucky you, if it works for you, I always feel fat when I eat even if ingredients are healthy. Same feeling about most, if not all mexican food. Only thing that gets a pass is some good salsa. hahaha maybe I'm just tripping because I had mexican tonight and am too full.
