Bottled. pasteurized juice has absolutely zero health benefits. You would be better off taking a vitamin C supplement and a freeze dried cranberry supplement for the antioxidants/ urinary tract benefits. The absolute best option is to juice a couple bags of fresh cranberries and freeze the juice in ice cube trays. Thaw one out every night and by morning you will have a fresh shot of pure, raw cranberry juice with all the vitamins and enzymes in tact. I take my shot straight and follow it with a shot of apple cider vinegar, a big squeeze of lemon, a teaspoon of manuka honey and hot water and drink it down with a straw. So good.
