What are good exercises to NOT get much bulky muscles, but just get lean, and toned? I heard models cut back on treadmill and pilates when they notice their measurements are up... so what exercises can you do regularly without gaining muscle bulk? THANKS LINA!

Yes, time for a fitness lesson Ms Lina. Also, ACV is so disgusting. It better do amazing things.
