Is that seriously all you ate?! No wonder you've managed to go from 115 to 111 in a couple days. You've also managed to leech vital minerals from your bones (considering you are over 35, there is no way to rebuild that bone density) putting you at risk for premature bone disease, permanently damage your metabolism, weaken your heart muscle, and impair your cognitive function (which I suspect is already pretty low to begin with). Willful starvation isn't sexy, it's ignorant and desperate.

OK seriously? i acknowledge the fact that you do state some important things but for reals, if you have a problem with this style of weight loss, why don't you simply walk away instead of being an internet bully.
