Hey Lina. Need your advice. I dropped from 143 pounds to 126 pounds from following your blog tips (healthy eating,switching it up,exercising) . My goal is to be 110 pounds which would suit my frame and 5'3 height perfectly. However I've honestly lost focus at this point to lose the last 16 pounds. I'm starting to give in to junk slowly. Please tell me, HOW do you stay focused and consistent?
