i say this because of the hot yoga and lots of sweating u keep talking about
it happens to me when i travel to places like dubai and egypt

FYI...this also happens when juicing and not eating much solid foods. I just read an interesting article from a collaboration of top medical nutritionists and they are against juicing. They all said no matter what ,your body is designed to process whole foods and that no matter how healthy the juices are and how many vegetables they may contain, you're body is not getting all it needs. They also stated as soon as you stop juicing your weight will come back due to liquids vs. solids. This causes the "yo-yo effect. Found this interesting because I just want to be healthy and maintain my healthy weight.
