Question?

Can somebody tell me if it's ok for me to eat this at night or is it better to eat this during the day?
In other words..... will it make me fatt at night?

 Thanks in advance. X

too much carbs & sugar and theyre not the "healthy" kind either. Best if you dont eat them at all to be honest with you but if you must then just one serving in the morning because carbs&sugar just turns into fat if you dont work out afterwards :)

The only ingredient is "Gogi Berries" so the sugar is natural, not to say it's ok to eat it all the time but it is so much better for you than any additive sugars. It would be better to eat during the day, but to be honest it would be fine to eat them in moderation whenever if you mix them with a little protein. Protein with sugar helps to balance your sugar levels. and protein slows down digestion, this means taking in LESS calories. ALWAYS try and eat a little protein with sugar. eat gogi berries and 2 almonds. Seriously, you don't need a lot. Hope this helps.

I think so because I like to follow the 2:90 rule for sweet and carb laden foods , for every 90 calories there should be 2 grams of fiber, so it does not spike your blood sugar which in turn makes you gain weight.

Hi Catalina, Love your blog!! I would have the berries early in the day or pre workout for some energy, they are also nice in tea. Except I would have less than the recommended serving size as each item of food/meal should contain 5grams or less of sugar. They are so yummy! I hope that helps :)

Catalina,

Love reading your blog! (I've been a longtime lurker.)Anyway, answer is if you're trying to lose/maintain weight, stay away from it. Carbs are carbs, and because it's night time, your body has to burn through those that you just ate before burning through your fat stores. Otherwise, enjoy throughout the day! A little right after a workout with protein won't hurt either. Hope this helps!

Catalina, One more thing to add to my post. If you are concerned with the carbs, carbs are healthy if they are the right kind of carb(complex) and are very essential to your body's health. I just want to remind everyone the only ingredient is Gogi Berries. Pure, wholesome no additives. Apples have carbs too. Oh and yes if you buy diet type foods that are 0 carbs they are just pumped with chemicals and sugar to make up for the carbs=fat. Of course I look at carbs and sugar etc, but I am more worried about ingredients, less is better, make sure you can pronounce EVERYTHING. Skinny and Healthy is the way to go :)

No one ever got fat eating fruit! Go for it. Unless you're chowing down the whole bag, the time of day you're having it doesn't matter.
