Just finished drinking "the drink" for the first time tonight, Lina. The initial taste of it wasn't so bad, but it's that cayenne pepper kick that kills ya at the end! Hoping I wake up tomorrow feeling SKINNY! Thanks again for posting the recipe!
Thank you for your honesty...it has helped reinforce my weight journey. I do not have a scale so I use one at work with clothes on, whats the difference in lbs?
