organic chicken breast / one lemon squeezed / lemon pepper
I sliced the chicken so it can marinate better
3/4 cup of olive oil / 3 TBSP minced garlic
boil on low/medium heat for 1 minute
add salt, oregano and lemon pepper in the olive oil pan (above)
mix and pour on the chicken
bake 400 degrees 50 minutes
put a sheet of foil over the chicken while baking - chicken will be more moist
romaine lettuce red bell pepper cherry tomatoes red onions cilantro
one lemon, red vinaigrette and the olive oil from the chicken for dressing
so yummmmm :))
inspired by my lunch yesterday - left out the rice and feta
