g y m l i f e

I always do asssss, abs and back.
When my back is tight it keeps me leans, gives me a dip and therefore more asssss.

Today, I did the Elliptical for 35 on my tippy toes, no hands (hands linked, palms on the back of my head), ass out and balanced with my core - like a hooker.

Concentrated a lot on arms :))

i did the hooker stance on the elliptical today...thinkin lina lina lina!! love u and ur disciplined work ethic, got my ass in the gym early for once in my life
