Double edged sword. Cardio makes me so hungry and I want to binge after working out, but I don't feel good unless I'm getting to the gym. Need better self control.

Ugh.

Same thing with me, poster "c". I actually lost more weight when I stopped going to the gym and maintained my diet. I'd be ravenous after the gym, which would make me eat more when I got home. But for me, I suppose the trick is to work out earlier in the day so that when I get home, I can have dinner before 8. Anyway, I can rejoice with you, Cat! I'm down to 134.5! A far weigh off from 111.5 but also a far weigh off from 151 - my weight 3 months ago... HOLLA! :) lol
