Good morning to u!! Pls recommend a great eyebrow pencil or powder?? It's all about brows now so wanna hear from the PRO!!

yes! I'm having major brow pencil choice issues. I have dark hair(blackish brown?), and light medium to medium toned skin (persian). I currently use the chanel brow powder but I have to use the Anastasia wax stick underneath to make it stick. It's tedious.
What do you think about MAC lingering pencil? Any brow pencil suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)
