I want chocolate right before bed and right when I wake. Super tired lately.

It must be pms time. I rarely get this.

maybe have a little more protein during the day..sugar cravings are usually a sign you are deficient in protein intake. especially if you are hitting the gym a little harder you need more protein to recover. just a thought :)
