Lina, help me out. I fear that the stair machine results in large quad muscles, but I do love the sweat it yields and its nice to mix up the cardio. What do I do? Does it bulk up muscle? Someone who follows your blog will help me out too I'm sure! Linalovers, assemble! Give me your skinny bitch input!

to the person worried about the stair master. I believe that it's all about proper form. Try taking the stress or bulk of the work off your quads by kinda sticking your butt out/thinking about using your butt muscles during your stair master session. Remember to keep your tummy tight also while doing this.
