Maybe it's just water weight, sometimes when I have a "salty" night the scale is frightening in the AM! hahahah
Stressing over it won't make it better...I'm sure it's just temporary....LOVE YA!

Prob just water weight - don't stress that makes it worse!
thats been happening to me too lina! i feel super skinny look pretty skinny and the scale is showing me an outrageous number, i don't get it!
