nights are hard


Just had half and no peanut butter.....HAAA!! Thx Bren Bren!

Shoved my face with snap peas and humus while in the kitchen.

Best thing to eat at night is veggies, a few whole grain crackers, or some lean protein like turkey deli slices... Apples are brilliant during the day but have so many carbs and so much sugar for night-time... But to each their own! And you're skinny enough as it is! :)
