I haven't spinned in over a week because of surgery.....won't be able to till next Tuesday. So I've been walking. The comparison from spinning to walking is like from Barneys to Old Navy. Sucks. But I'm adapting and as usual.....doing the best I can!

hope you feel better love...sometimes its good to give your body a rest. I had all four wisdom teeth out and havent worked for a week...trying to follow my own advice ;)
