Kimchi Bo-Kum-Bap (Kimchi Fried Rice)


Ingredients:



Chopped Kimchi  - old kimchi is best



Old Rice - fresh rice is fine, but less fresh tastes better



Red Pepper Paste



Yes, I like SPAM - you can use sausage, Korean BBQ or no meat



Butter


How to:



Saute Kimchi in Butter



Add SPAM



Then Rice



Mix in Red Pepper Paste - eyeball it, depends on how spicy you like it



Add Kimchi Juice



Drool



Eggs  for breakfast, this was mine because I REFUSE to eat this at night!


Brush your teeth after!
