Teranea Salad


This salad was so yummy at the hotel that I decided to make it at home. It was a little sweet but at the same time I could taste the salt, both very mildly. So I added a drizzle of agave for the sweetness. Then balsamic, olive oil, and salt- toss with a tong. Three layers-salad, tomatoes and mozzarella, and then the salad on top..... so delish!
