Smoke the Eye Essentials

start with Smashbox #15 

-warm pencil or pot eyeliner on hand and spread on eye

-brush is dense, so it will keep the color concentrated

MAC #217

-blend the outer parts of the eye

-then pat on a shadow that is similar to the color of the eyeliner  and blend out

-blend in the bottom of the eyes using a eyeliner or eyeshadow
