Girl, go for the REAL bacon. The calorie difference is negligible, the sodium in turkey bacon is usually higher than regular bacon, and turkey bacon is processed like there's no tomorrow (even the kinds with few ingredients). A little bit of saturated fat from the bacon isn't going to hurt you and the satisfaction from eating a bit of the real stuff will make you feel wonderful. Treat yo' self!
