Do you drink protein after you run? I feel like I stopped losing weight after my trainer recommended I start drinking protein:/

yes please share lina!! bulky muscular legs are SO gross! i stopped doing squats and lifts since it was making them bigger (but def more toned) but i want lean!
im starting to run at the moment, i hope your legs are achievable <3
