It always interests me how others deal with situations like these!

I personally would just take almost one of everything high-cal, high-fat, & high-carb that I think looks good. One blueberry bagel w/ cream cheese, one croissant, one chocolate muffin, one almond poppyseed muffin, one banana nut muffin, one of those cherry danishes, one of the cream cheese danishes, a cinnamon roll, one chocolate chip cookie, one lemon tart, one cherry tart, one of the little cherry pies, one apple pie.

Plus a big cup of all the healthy low-cal fruit.

Have one tiny bite of each of the pastries just to see what they taste like and finish the fruit to actually eat something/feel full. Then go somewhere private so no one could witness me throwing the rest of my plate away. I hate to waste food but better in the actual trash than making your body a garbage can! ;)

didn't touch the carbs at all!!! cause I'm in no position to and once I start, I won't stop :)) Just has to be a no, all my hard work will go to shit and I rather eat something I really want. Just ate the fruit and half of a bar and the starbucks wrap and some raisons =)) thas a lot :// all before 8:30 am eeeek

Anon 12:47pm, you're an idiot, what kind of eating disorder do YOU have? And what's up with wasting food? If you want to starve yourself, how about build your self discipline and not take food that you aint gonna eat. WASTEFUL! Ppl are starving sweetheart
