Dude, I need your help/the help of one of your followers. I exercise/cardio regularly and eat as well as my self control allows me (no fast food or any of that shit ever) -- I'm getting smaller and losing weight, but my fucking calves are bulking up and look unnecessarily muscular. Help?

make sure you stretch your calves specifically to elongate them after working out. also it may be little consolation but i think being skinnier overall with a small side effect of toned even bulkier calves is better. Lastly choose which cardio you do wisely. certain types are bulkier making than others. what cardio do you do?
