go so hard on the tred, run for your life. I'm pretty sure she stays on it atleast 45-60. 2hrs if you're carrying extra. Also memorize (or follow dvd @ home) tracy anderson routine for alternative/additional light weight.

bad advice. It's diet and interval training. 2 hrs on a treadmill is just plain dumb. you're better off doing 45 min and doing sprints mixed in. trust me i'm 106 and a super model . k bye.

I agree with anon 8:58 diet and interval traing has worked for me. I'm 5'8 115. Too much cardio will make you loose the good fat like your boobs and butt. It's great to look healthy and look great. Smoking smells gross and it ages you.
