hi catalina, just wondering if you actually ever get hungry with the small meals that you have? trying to jump start with my own weight loss!

hey anon! i just wanted to give ya response incase lina doesn't answer. the best way to start weight loss is small goals/changes. i have tried it ALL went from 130 to 109 after becoming discusting after college. the BEST reccomendation is small and steady changes. "once you taste the skinny..." it will become easier to make better choices. also you have to want it 100. obsession.

in terms of hunger..drink TONS of aqua..sounds like crap but water really does keep you full. another tip, coffee holds onto fat but caffeine suppresses hunger. lina has a tea ritual at night and i've adopted this for the morn as well..yerbe and oolong. then mid-day green tea. works like a charm :)
