hi Jacqui!! what I post is what I eat.... I sometimes cant post it all but this is basically it. Make sure you eat often and eat raw.....clean foods to loose weight. exercise too! xo

jacqui.c: i have a GUARANTEED way for you to lose weight. Expend more calories than you take in. it's THAT simple. work out daily, eat healthy, cut out animal proteins like beef and chicken and swap for fish like salmon. eat more veggies (raw esp like catalina said) and you will lose weight. there is NO SECRET here.
