You should try eating more during the week and balancing out your food.

Up until a couple of weeks ago I had a very similar diet to yours and weight. Very, very low cal during the week and then free for all on the weekends and I got down to 111. Overtime I started going up a few pounds and I think the the back and forth is stressful on your body. I started moderating the weekends more and upping calories during the week (not by a huge amount) and my weight went back down.
