you are obvs a weight loss guru... one question, how do deal with PMS??! i'm pretty sure i stay at my weight/don't lose weight because of what i eat before/during my period! (because otherwise, i eat very healthfully and in small portions.) do you have tips on how to combat pms cravings?

when I gotta have it, I gotta have it. but I plan it, so if I know I'm gonna go for it, I take it easy on other meals.
