Hello! I just wanted to say thanks! Reading your blog has given me the mind set I needed to loose some weight. I want to loose 15-20 lbs. I was 115 and then got carried away over the years and got up to 130. I have been drinking the drink, running, and eating better. I have already lost 4 lbs in just a few days!

lina, how tall are you? just curious but do you do any strength training? if not- you should consider it..good for toning and maintaining bone density. i don't see you eat a lot of calcium-rich foods (judging from what you post...no one wants a broken asian :-) you look great, but stay healthy. love your blog as always...xo
