just wondering what does that do if you drink it before a meal? does it make you not eat too much? i would love to try....

hi lina! you seriously motivate me, lol. what's the benefit with water and lemon? is it a skinny remedy or something? also, can i suggest you blog your gym routine please? what equipments do you use in the gym, how many sets, how much time do you spend working out, etc.... thanks! love your blog!!
