Might as well. There's nothing wrong with getting everything done as you age. It's allowed.

Catalina! you have a cute button nose. If you want more definition I would consider just some tip work with ear cartilage and maybe an alar base reduction, don't mess with the bridge. The bridge of your nose is nicely projected. Go for a surgeon that does closed rhinoplasty. My surgeon used the closed rhinoplasty method on my nose and I have not one visible scar. I got mine done in korea, best beauty investment....ever.
P.S. if you were ever thinking of going to dr. charles lee in cali, don't! he has so many negative reviews and botched surgeries under his belt.

ditto. have been on fence for a long time. don't hate my nose at all but if surgery went well it could be awesome and photo well. Am equally scared that it won't be a good nose job. have seen so many bad ones so scared about the risk of that since my is not bad, even cute.
yours is good nose. But if you do decide to do, will you share your research?
i concur with kim, DO NOT go to charles lee, bad character, work ethics and professionalism
