Daughter had rolls galore........didn't touch one.
No rice, no soy sauce........I'm either all in or not at all.

i wonder what kind of body image issues your daughter will have when she grows older... constantly seeing her already slim mother obsess over what she eats (or in your case, what you can't/don't eat) and seeing her mother use the scale like it's the stairmaster and freak out over gaining a pound...
i bet your children and husband secretly hate to be around you during mealtimes - since you'd most likely be giving them the jealous stink-eye or passive aggressive hate while seeing them eat whatever and however much they want while you're stuck with bird food and lemon juice... (i know from personal experience as my sister gives everyone at the dinner table the guilt trip when she's in a bitchy mood during her diets)...
do you really have so little confidence in other more important aspects of yourself (intelligence, career, personality, skills, etc. etc.) that you make your life revolve around trying to be skinny? b/c that's certainly what dominates your blog...
what does being skinny get you in life? you already have a beautiful family, steady job, close group of friends... why do you try so hard to maintain a certain physical appearance rather than spend that time doing more important things like learning a new skill, perfecting a hobby, or even doing some traveling?? it just blows my mind how much body weight matters to you...
