The other day I changed my clothes about eight times before I went to work.

Fatt, fed upp and fatt.

That's when I turn into gear.

When I am in 'militant mode', I try and eat only things that grow out of the earth.

I get confused too because I am sooooo obsessed with food and sooooo obsessed with sexy skinny.

So, I think earth - and avoid bars during this critical time.

Lots of water.

Shit pills.

One salad for lunch and dinner - split.

Fish or chicken if I must.

Tylenol PM to put the whale down.

This is my current method.

High protein, lots of veggies and moderate fruits. Noooo shit pills....they will only mess with your system and make you need reliant on them!! Just make sure you are getting enough fiber to balance the protein. Never go by the scale cause it lies!!! Muscle weights more then fat!! Go by clothes fitting or not fitting. And by no means are you fat or even close to it!! You are beautiful!! Throw your scale out!! It is not your friend ��

This is good to drop the last 5 lbs. What if you have 30 plus pounds? This sort of detox wouldn't be sustainable for more than a week. Any suggestions?

I used to have very similar eating habits to yours. Then my metabolism began to slow down even though I felt I was doing everything right. (And I am only 25) Now I eat MORE which has helped me lose weight that slowly crept up. I like to be about 105. Also, not advertising at all! But I did the 21 day fix where you use the containers for portion control and it worked wonders! -- XX

To be fair, Anonymous, she's not saying, "Hey Everyone! I'm super healthy and this is the best way to be skinny!" She's simply stating what she does to keep her weight down. I appreciate her honesty. And really, don't you expect her diet to be something similar to this if she's 5'7" or 5'9" or whatever and weighs 113lbs??? It's not typical to be that weight. It takes an incredible amount of dedication and self control to maintain a figure like that.
