yay you got the chia seeds! raw cacao powder next and add to this combo. from vitacost :) food staple, obsessed.
I wish I could just eat that for dinner... I always end up snacking:(
Has anyone tried pumpkin puree? (Not pie filling.) I add it to everything- steel cut oats, Kashi grains, even mac n cheese for the kid. It adds creaminess and vitas without many calories or fat. Makes stuff more filling too...Just an idea!
