hi, catalina, first I LOVE your blog and your great sense of style, second, would you have some tips on how to start running (for beginners), maybe share your story? thank you!
i admire much of what you do. But if i have paid attention about fitness, fairly sure that if extra 2 hours was more cardio, it was just a waste of time. Believe there is a point where all that extra work is for nothing, somewhere around the 45 mins to one hour mark. If the extra workout time is put toward strength training that's a different story. If you just wanted to clear your head, well than it may have been well spent. That said, your body looks great, but probably more from what you eat or don't eat than super long gym sessions.

HIIT is so much more effective for fat loss than steady state cardio. Save some time and switch to HIIT and some weights! xo
@ Anon 3/12/12, 5:55pm - You are right! So many people are fooled into thinking long hours at the gym is required when 15-45 mins is all you need!
