Catalina, your my absolute favorite person / blog ever! I've never been more motivated in my life because of you and you've given me a new lifestyle change that I needed to continue accomplish my weight with your tips & tricks & scale pics, they are soo motivating. I need to loose 10-12 more pounds to get down to my desire weight which is 116 from 127. I was 167 orginally in september what I was having was an apple for breakfast & water then dinner pastas & tacos stuff in small portions. One day a week not eat at all cause i get out too late or i would have a small wendys chilli. As of recently ive been having organic salads with guac & little bit of mutigrain chips for dinner as of recent. Basically, To get down to my weight I usually just have a piece of fruit & water then wait & eat only a small dinner cause of my schedule. I do pure barre 5-6 days a week & lately at night inner thigh work and arm / chest weights at night to make my thighs smaller & chest more toned but it feels my legs are looking bigger. I'm confused, I need to loose these last few pounds. what can you reccomend I do? I bought those Irwin naturals green tea pills which I will start taking once I receive them. How do you use the pills? Also,'I would like to know your thoughts / reccomendations on my situation? Thank you. Love you!!!!!!
I dont know if Catalina will respond but my advice would be to cut out eating chilli and chips all "fast release carbs" and eat clean, that way for the same calories you can eat more food, the Wendys chili is around 230 calories for that you can have 4egg whites, 10 almonds, and a small salad and you will save ALOT of sodium from the chilli which will just bloat you and make you hold water weight.
Catalina, whenever you have time can you please let me know what brand you love for faux fur!? I know your fur is from theory but do you like any affordable one!? Xx
Very impressed with the person that lost 40 pounds. It just goes slower toward the end. Keep on going. Also switch up things in what you're eating so it will keep body guessing and/or do same with exercise-like interval training or a sport or exercise class that is new to you.
