Lina do you have any tips on keeping your nails strong when they are constantly painted? My nails always look dry as dirt when i take my polish off and when i try to file them they are so brittle that is makes them peel. I take a hair, skin, and nails supplement but so far that isn't cutting it. Thanks so much! xoxo
To anon, I take Biotin 5 mg (the strongest strength I've found) in addition to New Chapter Perfect Prenatals (organic prenatals) so that my hair and nails are stronger and healthier and they truly make a huge difference! My nails are always painted with gels and they are so strong and hard even when I take off the gel!
Where is the bra frommmm? Love it.
