do you count calories? or do you just go with the flow and try to eat the least amount you can each day? because I've been counting for YEARS and it drives me crazy....I wish I could stop but I'm scared of getting huge. any advice? :(

hi!! I don't count. I just watch what I eat =) for example, if I eat too much at lunch, then dinner would be super light
