How's the flax seed in it taste like n what are the benefits?
Bc of u I had dropped a few pounds and working on my self confidence! Thx for the inspiration!!
flax has fiber/healthy fat which keeps you full longer
i'm not sure what it tastes like but i assume it wouldn't be dominating whatever you add it too..probs just nutty.
